We are excited to offer OSC Services to our community through The After School Club starting September 2026!
The B Hive Daycare will offer limited spaces for transportation for grades 1 to 6 for after-school care.
The B Hive’s After School Club operates from September to June.
An annual registration fee of $150 applies to each student. Registration fees are non-refundable and due upon acceptance to the program.
The After School Care Club will offer after school care from 330 to 530pm only.
We are unable to offer before school care for 2026-27.
Families will submit their requested care days by the 20th of the month for the next month.
All spaces are based on availability.
Care for PD Days and extended school closures will be on a first come basis. Parents will be required to schedule in advance.
Sick days or canceled days will not be refunded. No exceptions. Staffing and transportation are determined by the number of children scheduled in advance.
OSC tuition will be invoiced at a cost of $20/day.
PD days and extended breaks are invoiced at a tuition fee of $60/day.
A transportation fee of $40 per month applies to all students.
This fee includes any transportation for field trips, park outings or community trips from Sept to June.
The B Hive strives to meet the needs of each child in the best way possible. Complex behaviors can present in many ways and differ from child to child. Open communication and collaboration are essential in determining effective support strategies for each individual child. Due to limited resources, we are unable to accommodate students requiring supports beyond a 1:8 teacher-student ratio, including those with moderate-severe behavioral or learning challenges, those with a history of oppositional defiance disorder, aggression, or physical violence, students who pose a flight risk, or those facing medical fragility. If a child’s behaviors pose a risk to the child or impose on the safety of other children, families may be asked to seek alternative care. The safety and well-being of all the students in a room must be considered at all times.
